A few days in Florence

Typical traditional Italian hotel with pleasant rooms. Breakfast room was nicely done and plenty of choice for breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful and do deserve a special mention. Hotel was only a five/ten minute walk from the main railway station so location was great.

Room was a little warm - not sure if fitted with air conditioning but could have done with it being useable if it was.

Clean, simple hotel in a good loation, I would stay again.

Breakfast was good, and plenty of options. For Italy, it was really good.

One coffee machine. A few people it seemed were waiting to make a coffee. Opposed to a pot of coffee ready to go. But these machines are common in Italy.

very good breakfast, nice location - very close to main station and walking distance to major attractions, very helpful receptionist

shower room was quite tiny, the room itself is also not big with just cold tiles on floor and no any rug or something. I imagine it will be cold to step on it when the temperature is not crazy hot anymore. there was no water in the room

The breakfast was good but there were no fruits. It was 5 minutes from the train station Santa Maria Novella. The staff was nice and helpful.

I asked the reception for a water heater and I received a kettle cup but teren were only plastic cups. I bought a porcelain tea cup. It was a 15-30 minutes walk to the tourist spots to visit. În the morning there was noise, the garbage truck was picking up the containers with waste that were în front of the hotel. I paid a lot and each night had a different price, I stayed 5 night, the first was 81 euro and the last 177 euros, which îs illogical for the same services. I will definitely not make the same mistake în the future.

Exellent breakfast, a bit cold

We really liked the breakfast, there was a variety of food, and it was of good value.

The room itself was somewhat freezing, it would have been better to have thicker blankets. The street outside was really loud, even in the midnight.

Not worth it

Good location, helpful staff.

cold room, the heat didn't work as it should. I asked a blanket from the staff which I received but still it was cold at night. Staying on the 1st floor you could hear every single noise from outside because the window is exactly next to the sidewalk of the street. not a 4 * hotel as per my experience.

Location is very convenient but Reception is not honest and staffs are not trained well.

the reception desk try to give different room that I booked. I booked the room with garden/land mark view but he try to give room beside street. I got the room with barely Garden view but without Landmark. Room shower was leaking needs repair. When we go out the cleaning ready forgot to lock my room. It was lucky that I found nothing gone.

Its location is almost perfect - close to the station, close to the historical center. Staff was very kind. I really enjoyed the breakfast. Solid value for money.
